I chose the name "Laveer" due to its meaning, “to sail, or beat, against the wind.”
Because all businesses, at one point or another, are faced with challenging circumstances and need assistance navigating through these tough times!

I’ve always loved to help and serve others! I have over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, working for renowned companies and brands such as Hyatt, Hilton, and Gaylord Entertainment. However, my true passion has been specializing in the Hospitality Industry’s nitch market, the Vacation Rental Management vertical, in different capacities over the past ten years.
In 2017, Laveer and Co. was launched to assist a wide range of companies in various industries (including software, tech, construction, design, real estate, hospitality, accounting, and engineering) to build out their company structure and talent optimization and recruiting efforts. Behavioral Science
with the Predictive Index platform has played a significant role in my mission to help these
companies achieve their goals.
When I ask my clients, “what is your number one issue in business,” it’s almost always the same answer, “it’s a people problem,” or “finding and retaining the best talent.” It has become my core focus to help companies address these issues by offering customized services (including recruiting,
talent advisory, Predictive Index consulting, and project management) that fit their
talent acquisition and optimization needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy paddle-boarding, kayaking, drone photography, mountain biking, traveling and exploring new cities and restaurants with my husband, or simply relaxing at home
with our two crazy-fun rescue puppies. I have had the honor to serve on the Board of Directors for Outreach Love, Inc for the last several years and have been a tutor and mentor for ten years.
